COMES NOW the Petitioner, and respectfully petitions this Court for a Decree of Dissolution of Marriage from the Respondent, and in support thereof states the following:
I. Marriage
The parties were lawfully joined in matrimony on the date stated herein and have since discovered fundamental and irreconcilable incompatibilities.
II. Grounds
The Petitioner asserts that the marriage has become irretrievably broken due to: Irreconcilable differences over thermostat settings, which has caused severe and ongoing emotional distress, disrupted household harmony, and rendered cohabitation untenable.
III. Relief Requested
